Presented by Tulsa Office of Film, Music, Arts & Culture and Sounds OK, this free educational series creates space not only for learning, but for meaningful connection across our creative community.

This month, we’re diving into a topic every artist needs to understand: Tax Readiness: Best Practices for Musicians.

From setting up your music business properly to preparing for tax season and understanding deductions, this session will walk through practical, real-world guidance tailored specifically to working artists. We’ll also be joined by our friends at Red Dirt Relief Fund, who will share insight on how smart tax planning can support long-term stability, including preparing for health insurance enrollment.

Whether you’re just getting started or looking to clean up your systems, you’ll leave with actionable steps to strengthen your music business and set yourself up for success.
