Why Do We Need the American Federal Film and TV Production Incentive

The past few years have been especially challenging for the U.S. film and television industry. As countries around the world continue to expand competitive production incentives, billions of dollars in production spending and thousands of jobs have moved overseas.

To keep America competitive, we must act now. A federal film and television incentive would help bring productions, jobs, and investment back to communities across the country while strengthening our nation's creative economy.

But we can't do it alone. We need industry professionals, businesses, and supporters to help show Congress that this issue matters. Together, we can make the case for policies that keep film and television production, and the jobs it creates, here in the United States.
