Meg Gould Headshot

Meg Gould Executive Director

Tulsa Office of Film, Music, Arts & Culture Meg Gould attended Texas Christian University and graduated with a BA in Radio, Television and Film Production. Her film career began in Los Angeles working on such projects as Godzilla (with Matthew Broderick), the Academy Awards, the World Cup, Garth Brooks’ Red Strokes music video and many other film and television productions as a Production Coordinator, Production Manager and Producer. After moving back to Dallas to work on Walker, Texas Ranger, Meg joined the Dallas Film Commission, a department of Visit Dallas, and was quickly promoted to Assistant Director for over 8 years. A few years after the Dallas Film Commission moved to the Economic Development Department at the City of Dallas, Meg accepted the Senior Tourism Manager position at Visit Dallas. In 2020, the Dallas Film Commission rejoined Visit Dallas as the Dallas Film And Creative Industries Office and she returned as the Assistant Director. In Dallas, she was very involved in industry organizations such as Texas Association of Film Commissions, Dallas Producers Association, Women in Film Dallas, Dallas Film Society, Texas Music Cities, and Texas Media Production Alliance, and is a certified member of the Association of Film Commissioners International. Meg was named the Executive Director of the Tulsa Office of Film, Music, Arts and Culture in January 2023 and is already very involved in the creative industries community in a local, state, and national level.
