Sponsor & Vendor FAQs
How do I become a sponsor?
Sponsorships are available at all levels—from Presenting Sponsor to on-route activations. Click HERE to view the full guide and available opportunities.
How do I become an Expo vendor?
The Capital Cruise Expo is accepting vendors for May 28–29. Register HERE and select “Expo Vendor.”
What's included in an Expo vendor booth?
Each Capital Cruise Expo booth includes:
• 10' x 10' booth space
• Pipe and drape backdrop and sidewalls
• One 6-foot draped table
• Two chairs
• Wastebasket
• Booth identification sign
The Expo will be held indoors at the SageNet Center at Expo Square. Power and Wi-Fi are available at an additional charge, and you’ll have access to thousands of attendees throughout both days.
How do I become an on-route market for food truck vendor?
You can join the action along the 5.5-mile cruise route by activating in one of our Cruise Party Zones. These spaces are limited and located in high-traffic areas. Register HERE and choose “On-Route Market or Food Vendor.”
How can my business support the parade if on the route?
If your business, district, or property is located directly along the Capital Cruise route, you’re eligible to be included under our official special event permit, which allows for enhanced street-facing activations. Permitted activities include amplified sound, drone usage, food and beverage service, outdoor entertainment or inflatables, outdoor sales, portable restrooms, tent installations, and waste management services. If you plan to activate your space with any of these elements on May 30, 2026, you must notify us by Friday, April 5, 2026, to be included in the Capital Cruise permit process. To participate, email brian@factor110.com with your activation details and questions.
How do I register other events taking place to celebrate Route 66's Centennial?
Whether your event is occurring the same weekend as Capital Cruise or anytime in 2026, Visit Tulsa offers added visibility through its Route 66 Centennial event calendar. This calendar is hosted on Visit Tulsa’s primary Route 66 landing page and will be advertised to visitors throughout the year. To view the calendar, go to visittulsa.com/route66
Events occurring the same weekend of Capital Cruise have the potential to be included in marketing materials promoting everything going on that weekend. To ensure your event is included, please submit your event to the calendar as soon as possible. Following submission, updates can always be made to your event listing on Visit Tulsa’s website.
Submit your event to Visit Tulsa’s Route 66 Centennial event calendar at visittulsa.com/events/submit-your-event/ and follow the steps below:
1. Fill out the form with all of the information about your event.
2. Under the “Event Category” section, make sure “Route 66” is clicked and highlighted. This will ensure your event makes it onto our Route 66 Centennial event calendar. To select additional event categories, hold the Command key on your keyboard and select the other categories relevant to your event.
3. Once all fields are filled in, click “Submit My Event”. From there, Visit Tulsa will review your submission and publish it on our website.
4. If you come across any issues with your event listing, please reach out to heydensmith@visittulsa.com or jonathanhuskey@visittulsa.com
