Registered Driver FAQs
When will I receive my official packet and materials?
Drivers will receive a confirmation email with details regarding packet pick up usually within a week of registering. Driver packets will be available for pick-up at the Capital Cruise Expo on Thursday, May 28 (2:00–8:00 p.m.) and Friday, May 29 (10:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m.) at SageNetCenter at Expo Square (4145 East 21st Street, Tulsa, OK 74114). Limited day-of pickup will be available Saturday, May 30 from 6:00–9:00 a.m. at Expo Square.
What's included in my registration?
Your registration includes a commemorative mirror hanger, official sunglasses, and a World Record Attempt Certificate, along with access to all Capital Cruise activities and event communications.
How will I receive the merchandise I purchased with my application?
All pre-ordered merchandise will be available for pick-up during the Capital Cruise Expo at the SageNet Center on May 28–29, alongside driver credential packets.
Where can I park my trailer?
Trailers can park at Expo Square in Parking Lot 2 beginning Thursday, May 28 through Sunday, May 31. Overnight security will be provided.
Where do I stage my vehicle?
All registered vehicles will stage at Expo Square the morning of the event. Exact staging details and times will be provided via a final confirmation email two weeks before the event and in your packet.
Can I still edit my registration or transfer it to another driver?
Changes may be allowed prior to May 15, 2026. Contact the registration team at brad@factor110.com to request updates.
When will we receive information on staging and day of parade details?
All registered vehicles will stage at Expo Square the morning of the event. Detailed staging instructions, arrival times, and zone maps will be sent in a final confirmation email approximately two weeks before the event, and also included in your driver packet.
Can I pick up someone else's driver packet?
No. Each driver must pick up their own packet in person to comply with official world record attempt rules. A valid driver’s license is required at the time of pickup—no exceptions.
