Where is the Capital Cruise Expo & Tailgate located?
At the SageNet Center at Expo Square (4145 East 21st Street, Tulsa, OK 74114), located in the heart of Tulsa’s fairgrounds. Look for the Golden Driller.
What is the Capital Cruise Expo?
Held May 28 (2–8 p.m.) and May 29 (10 a.m.–8 p.m.) at the SageNet Center at Expo Square, the Expo is the central hub for all things Capital Cruise. It includes driver check-in, volunteer packet pickup, vendors, Route 66 attractions, and family-friendly activations. It’s open to the public and admission is free.
Can the public attend the Expo even if they aren’t registered drivers?
The Expo is open to everyone—drivers, passengers, spectators, families, and Route 66 fans. Come enjoy the vendors, music, photo ops, and more.
What is the Capital Cruise Tailgate?
The Tailgate, presented by Bank of Oklahoma, takes place Friday, May 29 from 4–8 p.m. at the SageNet Center at Expo. It’s a family-friendly pre-cruise celebration featuring a classic tire kick (car show), live music, food, Tulsa Kids Market, and the Golden Drillers 60th Birthday Bash. No registration required—just come and enjoy!
When is load-in/load-out for Expo vendors?
Specific instructions will be emailed in advance to approved vendors.
• Setup: Thursday, May 28 from 8:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.
• Teardown: Friday, May 29 after 8:00 p.m.
What type of vendors will be at the Expo?
The Capital Cruise Expo will feature a diverse mix of vendors, including Route 66 museums and attractions, local tourism organizations, classic car clubs, sponsors, and businesses aligned with car culture. Guests can browse booths showcasing Made in Oklahoma products, retro and Route 66-themed merchandise, handmade art, apparel, handbags, and accessories. You'll also find car-related services, insurance providers, travel partners, and local artisans—creating a vibrant marketplace that reflects the creativity, culture, and community spirit of Oklahoma and the Mother Road.
Are vendors allowed to sell food & beverage at the Expo?
Vendors can sell pre-approved items. Food vendors must comply with health codes and may need to show permits. No beverage vendors are being accepted. Here is more detailed information from Expo Square:
Authorized Food Items with Front Footage Fees: Beef Jerky, Nuts, Candy, Cookies, Pastries, and Oklahoma Wine.
Front Footage Fee is charged at a minimum of 8’. Fees are charged for authorized food and beverage items unless item qualifies under the 16oz. FDA Guidelines below.
Authorized Food Items without Front Footage Fee: Jams, preserves, honeys, salsas, dips/spices, soup/bread mixes, and 2oz. or less food sampling.
Prohibited Food & Beverage Items: Kettle corn, popcorn, health/energy drinks, bulk/bottled water, soft drinks, non-alcoholic beverages, alcoholic beverages, and wine by the glass.
Sample size is 2oz. or less; must follow Tulsa County Health Department requirements. Events of three or more days will receive a 30% discount on Fees.
Expo Square reserves the right to approve or deny exhibitors.
Vendors are required to provide General Liability/Product Liability Insurance coverage of $1 Million per occurrence with an aggregate of $2 Million. The certificate of insurance naming Tulsa County Public Facilities Authority and ExpoSERVE Management Corporation as additional insured. Lessee is responsible for all acts/damages relating to actions of their exhibitors, subcontracts and/or licensees.
16oz. FDA Guidelines: Commercially packaged products and bulk foods, excluding any beverages, in 16oz. non-bundled packages or greater are not restricted by Facilities Lease Agreement and no fees shall be due from Lessee. Commercially packaged products are produced in a single factory sealed, unopened container processed from a manufacturer with FDA labels, including product bar code on the original packaging. All food items in non FDA labeled packaging, or any package less than 16oz., will be subject to the qualifications and fees above.
Will electricity or Wi-Fi be available?
Power will be available for purchase. Details on ordering power or dedicated Wi-Fi will be sent to confirmed vendors.
Can we request a specific booth location?
Booths will be assigned based on sponsor level and zones.
