Momodou Ceesay was born in Gambia, a tiny country in West Africa. In 1983, he traveled to Oklahoma to attend Rogers State College, and later transferred to Oklahoma State University to earn his degree in Hotel and Restaurant management. In July 2016, Mamadou opened the second location in downtown Tulsa, inside the Aloft hotel. The new location is the same Mamadou’s comfort food but with a snazzy, sports-bar vibe. With steak, seafood, salads, burgers, pasta, fried catfish & more, there is something for everyone on this menu.
