Midway through a $70 million, 85,000 square-foot expansion and renovation, the Tulsa International Airport welcomes 8,000 travelers each day. Eight airlines serve the airport with non-stop flights to 21 cities across the nation. The airport's 4,000 acres are also home to 80 companies, including America Airlines and its Tulsa aircraft maintenance base - the largest in the world. In addition to world travelers, Tulsa International Airport plays host to 6,000 students each year who come to learn in the airport's award-winning aviation education outreach program.
