Free site visit promotion to planners who qualify
Rules and Guidelines Before You Get On Tulsa Time:
- Your meeting or event can be in any market including corporate, association, incentive, SMERF or tradeshow - we fit them all.
- Event must have a minimum of 300 total room nights.
-All third-party planners welcome. Want your client to travel with you? Just ask!
- Want to bring a friend along? That's great, but know this is an official site inspection so we will be keeping you very busy during your visit. Expenses for your guest's stay are your responsibility.
It's time to talk. Your RFPs will be reviewed by a representative from the VisitTulsa team to:
- Determine your meeting and destination needs
- Confirm site inspection dates
- Verify previous meeting history
- Solidify the decision-making process, players, timeline, dates and space availability. Once these criteria have been reviewed and satisfied, all arrangements will be confirmed.
- Each qualified planner receives complimentary roundtrip airfare, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, all meals, and a customized site inspection.
