Body/Mind Techniques for
Managing Stress of all kinds.
Free and open to the public.
Trauma, fear, panic attacks, PTSD, diabetes, chronic pain, anxiety and phobias all have components related to emotional or physical stress. All of these and more affect your relationships, job performance, sleep, health and much more. Until you are willing to "step up" stress can seriously mess up your day! And your night, too.
You don't have to be possessed by your past, or held hostage by the future.
Tools that Work
When you are feeling stressed and over-whelmed it is often hard to imagine that there's a way out. Remember that you have had stress and anxiety in the past and you have been 100% successful at getting through it. Now with these tools let's make that journey easier and quicker.
The body/mind techniques you will learn in this series of classes will give you much more control and the ability to blunt the effects of stress and anxiety more quickly.
When we are finished you will have learned several tools from hypnosis, EFT, Neuro Linguistic Programming, and other modalities that will give you the upper hand when it's time to take control.
Expect to be able to create change even after the first classroom experience!
Lions, Tigers and Bears, oh my! Does what you have going on in your head keep you from moving ahead in your position, relationships, or health? Using NLP, Hypnosis, and other modalities, you will learn how to handle panic attacks, fears, anxiety and how to manage your stress level.
All information, content, and material in these classes are for informational purposes only and are not intended to serve as a substitute for the consultation, diagnosis, and/or medical treatment of a qualified physician or healthcare provider.
