The TU Department of Theatre will present Eurydice, April 4-7. Written by acclaimed playwright Sarah Ruhl, this play is a contemporary retelling of the classic Greek myth of Orpheus and Eurydice. It explores themes of memory, loss and the afterlife.

Director Jacob Patterson, TU alumnus, states, "We have all been touched by loss in our lives, and we turn to our memories for a reminder of the people who are no longer with us. And while these memories comfort us, they can also make it difficult to move on. When it comes down to it, we have to ask ourselves, ‘Am I willing to let go?'"
