Artist Margee Aycock will use plants from the Botanic Garden’s collection to pull together a stunning still life of living tropical and native plant life. Participants will be guided through the step-by-step process of creating a small botanical still life with oil paints on canvas. All experience levels are welcome, and all materials are included. A few table easels will be available. Participants are encouraged to bring their own easels if they have them! Fees include all materials and Garden admission).
Margee Aycock has taught for over 30 years including teaching painting at Tulsa Community College, Zielger Art & Frame, and Arts and Humanities Council of Tulsa. Her painting "Welcome to the Tall Grass Prairie" was chosen for the national traveling exhibit America Paints the Parks. Margee had her paintings in a one woman show at the State Capital Governors Gallery in 2012.

Cost: $45 for Garden members; $55 for non-members.
