Thousands rev up in Tulsa for National Bikers Roundup
Tulsa Sports Commission officials confirmed the event was a huge success and impacted the entire region. Hotels around the region were sold out for the weekend and local restaurants reported all-time high weekend sales. In addition to the economic impact, the Community Food Bank of Northeast Oklahoma received 12,000 additional meals from the NBR food drive.
"On behalf of Tulsa Sports Commission, I would like to thank the community for supporting this event and realizing the impact it had on Tulsa," said Vince Trinidad, executive director of Tulsa Sports Commission. "We look forward to future events of this magnitude coming to Tulsa."
Attendees were extremely grateful for the hospitality of Tulsa and surrounding communities. The event has a chance to make its way back in a few years, after returning to their original site in Kansas City, MO. To read more about this weekend's event, please click here.
